Contractual administration of the project for the incorporation of new technologies in electrification for education and health in urban slums – SOLEDUSA – Panama Veraguas y Comarca Ngobë-Buglé.
STRATEGIC CONSULTING
Consulting development in six precincts of Calobre District: Diagnosis and promotion of the project; strategic planning including the action plan for each precinct; organization of the Sustainable Development Committees and the Technical Committees; training of the members of the community organizations, preparation of the projects, financial managementand execution.
CIVIL WORK CONSTRUCTIONS
Infrastructure construction: management, administration and execution of the healthcare projects through the Investment Acceleration Program, Plaza Iberoamericana on Paseo Amador. Project supervision in San Blas: Río Azúcar school, Ogobsucuún landing strip, Biological Center ANAM in Playón Chico, CORS station of the Tommy Guardia Geographical institute and other private constructions.
